Is Site Build It The Best
Option For You?

Recently a coaching student asked me whether a Site Build It site had the potential of replacing his income within 6 months. 

He told me about the markets he was considering, but wasn't really sure of, that he wanted to become an affiliate marketer, and that he was brand new to the internet, so I gave him my honest advice.

Because so many people are in a similar situation of needing to supplement or replace their income quickly, I thought I'd share my answer to him here in case you were wondering the same thing.

Here's my answer to his questions about using Site Build It -

1 - 6 months isn't a long time, but it is possible to build some income in 6 months with SBI. 

Whether you can replace your income I'm not sure, I only have a small number of coaching students who have been able to do really well in such a short period of time, and they had a clear idea of what they wanted to do - they use Site Build It to generate leads for an existing offline business.

I did build one business with a JV partner and we made $17,000 in sales in our second month, but that was in the futures trading market, and I have systems in place to ramp up like that. 

Unfortunately the whole thing died on the vine, but it shows you what is possible.

If you are going to do affiliate marketing, you'll need to promote high ticket products AND/OR products that have continuity income, and do it in a market where there is a starving crowd of buyers clamouring for information.

2 - The markets you are considering are all good prospects, but highly competitive. 

There are many sub-niches within these broader markets, so you should be able to find something in each of them. Ideally you want to become known as an expert in one small market, and then you can grow from there, but you need to start small.

Having said that, let me share what I am teaching my daughter after I've spent 7 years online and seen a lot of 'systems' come and go. 

These two things combined offer hands down the best strategy for getting started fast, and you don't need Site Build It to do it (although SBI can come later). 

It's faster, easier, and more profitable more quickly. SBI is a terrific system if you have TIME to let it work it's magic, but in most cases 6 months is not long enough to go from beginner to replacing your income.
