SBI ECommerce - Using The SBI ECommerce Module: Store Build It

Most Solo Build It websites are eventually going to be used to sell something. So, do you need the SBI ECommerce module - Store Build It - or is there something else better?

I've been asked about this several times lately so here's my thoughts...

Sitesell's Store Build It is an all-in-one shopping cart and eCommerce solution that incorporates seamlessly into your Solo Build It website.

As Ken Evoy says, traffic is the lifeblood of any store and sales don't happen without it. SBI owners use the CTPM process to build their own traffic and PREsell through content, and then sell their own products directly. 

Once you have website traffic, you are ready to monetize it in a number of ways. If this is you, then Store Build It could be the perfect solution.

Store Build It is not included in your SBI purchase for a couple of reasons -

1) At just $299, it's not really realistic to expect a full service shopping cart to be included when you consider everything else that's already included in the Solo Build It package.

2) Many people simply don't need a fully functional shopping cart for their sites - they either are promoting affiliate products, they only have one or two products to promote, or they use their SBI sites to generate leads for their online or offline business.

In these situations, Sitesell's Store Build It eCommerce solution isn't really what you need.

However, if you have multiple products to sell and you plan on building a full on eCommerce site, then Store Build It could be the ideal solution.

For other situations, a great way to get started is simply by using Paypal. They offer a free account that includes both Buy Now buttons and a shopping cart system that you can instantly incorporate into your SBI website and be taking payments today.

Store Build It has an up-front cost for the software and an annual maintenance fee for the hosting and service. It's competitively priced compared to other eCommerce options you could use on your SBI site, and many clients have used to monetize their products and services.

If you feel you need a SBI eCommerce solution that goes beyond what Paypal and other free or low cost (but inferior) services offer, the Store Build it could be the right product for you.
