PURPOSEOF WEBSITE

Thepurpose of this website is to promote Affiliate productsfor distributors of high quality hand made Wooden Toys, games and puzzles to a globalmarket you have identified through your research.

Your website will serve as the focal point of your global entry intp the online toy retailing market.

SERVICES

LocalWeb Solutions will provide the following services duringthe development of your website:

• Developa page layout, look and feel to be used throughout thesite using your existing SBI package, username andpassword, with your guidance using one of the standard SBItemplates.

• Registera domain name for you using SBI! As you requested, I willreview your domain name and help you to choose just theright one for your website. My thoughts are that ‘woodentoys’, ‘timber toys’ or something similar should beincluded in the domain name with possibly a word at eitherthe start or the end to let our visitors know exactly whatyour site is about. Testing the keywords for maximumprofitability and deciding on the right ones to use wouldof course determine which phrase we use.

• Designthe navigation scheme according to your instructions.

• Develop5 pages of new content including three articles written byother experts in the field sourced from a premium articledirectory with the Author’s permission and including alink to these expert’s websites at the end of eacharticle, and two pages of original content researched andwritten either by myself or by a third party, all of whichis acceptable to you as my client. The articles written byother Authors will be preceded with a keyword focused twoor three paragraph introduction and will then besummarized at the end by myself to optimize the pages forSearch Engine rankings.

• Edit,optimize and incorporate content in the form of text,photographs and images provided by you into the website.

• Optimizethe website for search engine positioning using keywordsrelevant to your niche market.

• Incorporatea new strategy that I have been using to have my siteslisted Free in the Yahoo search Directory in less than 48hours in some cases (saving US$299). I cannot guaranteethat this will work on your website, nor that you willrank highly in their search results, but to date it hasproven to be an extremely effective strategy, is quiteacceptable to the search engines and also appears to workwell with getting listed quickly in Google.

While10 pages of content plus other ancillary pages is a smallwebsite, it is an excellent start for your onlinemarketing Business.

Themore pages the better of course, and I’d advise you tokeep building more content pages, say at least 1 per week,until your site has at least 40 pages and if possible manymore.

• Adetailed Site Map – an outline of your website to aidboth people and Search Engines finding your web pages

CONDITIONS

I’vemade the following assumptions

• Upto two images per page averaged across the site

• Imagesare defined as photographs, illustrations, animations, andcustom graphics. Featurescommon to every page of the design (banners, icons, menugraphics, etc.) are not considered images.

• Upto three hours of follow-up support during the first twomonths after the website is put online. This support can be in the form of sitemodifications, minor updates, technical support, orconsultation.

• Hostingof your website is through your existing SBI account andis not included in this quotation

• Searchengine submission of pages is done by SBI

• Youwill provide all images for the website. You will alsoneed to provide me the text to be used in 5 of the sitecontent pages and the home page. I will write the text forother pages such as Contact Us, Site Map, etc. and helpedit your text to optimize it for readability and searchengine optimization, but you will at all times maintaintotal editorial control.

• Websitedesign instruction

• Websitesupport beyond that specified herein

• Feesrelated to merchant accounts and online payment processing

SCHEDULE

Thisschedule defines the major tasks to be completed duringthe life of the project. Individual tasks may be added, deleted or moved asrequired to meet the demands of the design. The elapsed times are estimates and may varydepending on workload, changes, customer submissions, andthird-party service providers.

Phase3 (15 to 20 days)

• Receivecontent and submission of you including your trial homepage content (I’ll review and edit this if necessary),and 5 keyword focused content pages containing articlesfor tier two pages, any photographs that you would like toinclude, affiliate link information for inclusion in yourpages, the name of your new Newsletter and anything elsethat you would like to include in the site but justaren’t sure where it would go ;-)

• I’llhave two new articles written and source 3 more from otherauthors for use with their permission to give your website10 pages of keyword focused content

• Incorporationof your material into your website including creating yourfinal Sitemap, Newsletter subscription form and pop uppage, Contact Us form and web page, your Web Log (Blog)page, a Links page and the other pages outlined above

• Optimizeall of these pages for search engine positioning andincorporate my proprietary fast-track Yahoo (and oftenGoogle) inclusion methods into your website
